Designed for managers, executives, HR professionals and anyone in business who is regularly called upon to solve problems at work that could more effectively be handled through the development of others' competence, participants will leave this workshop with practical coachings skills they can immediately apply in their conversations with others.

The format for this program includes two days of structured exercises, demonstrations, lecture and hands-on experiences designed to give participants lots of chances to practice and refine their skills using typical situations faced by coaches, managers and professionals every day.
