Leadership Moves

In my view the most important work for any leader is to become a whole person: to find your true place in the order of things, and to occupy it with your whole self: mind, heart and body. Do you know where you belong and how to bring all of yourself, without the need to diminish self or other, to your work? Most of us are not really up for this work. It's an inside job, but worth everything you think might be at risk. You can begin now, by taking a look in the mirror, and by asking those around you to help you see yourself through their eyes.
